Makro–Lotus’s under CP AXTRA Targets 22 Million Kilograms of Durian Sourcing from Thai Farmers, Launches “Let’s Dorian บุฟเฟ่ต์ อร่อยฟิน ยิ้มยกก๊วน” Campaign

Bangkok, 5 MAY 2026 – Makro-Lotus’s under CP AXTRA Public Company Limited continues to strengthen its commitment to supporting Thai farmers, with a target to source more than 22,000 tonnes (22 million kilograms) of durian directly from orchards throughout 2026 approximately three times higher than in 2025. For seasonal fruits overall, the company aims to procure over 33,000 tonnes, representing a 1.5x increase year-on-year, reinforcing its role in expanding market access and generating sustainable income for Thai growers.
To mark this year’s durian season, CP AXTRA has launched the “Let’s Dorian บุฟเฟ่ต์ อร่อยฟิน ยิ้มยกก๊วน” campaign. The opening ceremony was presided over by Mrs. Siriporn Dechsingha, Chief Corporate Sustainability and Communication Officer of CP AXTRA Public Company Limited, and Mr. Mr. Wittayakorn Maneenetr, Director-General of the Department of Internal Trade, Ministry of Commerce, together with Mr. Jirawut Suwanart, Mrs. Natchachanok Na Takuathung and Mr. Somnuk Yoddumnern, at Makro Srinakarin.
“Let’s Dorian บุฟเฟ่ต์ อร่อยฟิน ยิ้มยกก๊วน” campaign, organized by Makro-Lotus’s under CP AXTRA Public Company Limited, is priced at THB 599 per person. Following successful events in Bangkok and Chiang Mai, the campaign continues to bring the experience nationwide with upcoming stops:
- 8-10 May 2026 at Makro Khon Kaen
- 15-17 May 2026 at Makro Hat Yai
