06 November 2026

Bangkok, 6 November 2026 – CP AXTRA Public Company Limited (The Company or CPAXT), the operator of “Makro and Lotus’s,”, announced its Q3/2026 operating results, reporting total revenue of 130,362 million baht and normalized profit of 2,013 million baht. Performance was driven by wholesale sales, online sales growth of 26%, its operations in Malaysia, and an improved retail gross profit margin, supported by effective pricing strategies and more efficient shrinkage management. During the quarter, CPAXT recorded one-time, non-cash accounting expenses related to its growth strategy. While these affected net profit for the period, they are expected to deliver immediate benefits to operating performance in Q4/2026 and throughout 2027.

Mr. Tanik Tarawisid, Group Chief Financial Officer, CP AXTRA Public Company Limited, stated, “Q3 marks an important milestone in our long-term growth transformation. We continue to drive omnichannel integration by strengthening our online channels to meet evolving consumer needs, while optimizing our offline portfolio and expanding into high-potential locations in Thailand and overseas. We expect these efforts to deliver full-quarter momentum in Q4 2026 and into 2027 across revenue, quality of earnings, and long-term returns.”

CPAXT is committed to sustaining growth through the following key initiatives:

  • Effective cost and expense management: Improving gross profit and reducing last-mile delivery costs, with tangible results emerging toward the end of Q3 and contributing to stronger overall operating performance.
  • Regional expansion and capability enhancement: The acquisition of The Food Purveyor (TFP), a leading premium supermarket operator in Malaysia, strengthens CPAXT’s presents in the premium segment of one of the region’s fastest-growing economies. The segment serves consumers with high purchasing power and offers annual growth potential of 8–10%. The acquisition also broadens CPAXT’s customer base across all segments and creates opportunities to realize synergies, share knowledge and expertise, and drive long-term growth.
  • Portfolio enhancement and asset optimization: Maximizing the potential of its assets to generate attractive returns and support sustainable growth.
  • Advancing Happy & Healthy Mall development: Applying an experience-led destination approach that combines leasable retail space with lifestyle experiences to attract visitors and high-quality tenants, with plans to expand to more than 78 locations nationwide.

CP AXTRA was ranked Thailand’s No. 1 grocery e-commerce company in the previous quarter, reflecting its successful transformation into a digitally driven organization and a leader in Retail Tech. The Company also received ISO 14001:2026 certification from LRQA, becoming the first organization in Thailand’s retail industry to achieve certification under the latest standard. This achievement underscores its systematic approach to environmental management and its commitment to efficient and sustainable business operations.
