Nakhon Ratchasima, August 4, 2025 — In a heartfelt gesture of gratitude and solidarity, CP Axtra Public Company Limited, the operator of Thailand’s leading wholesale and retail business Makro and Lotus’s, has extended essential supplies to military personnel stationed at the country’s borders. As well as the generous support of Makro and Lotus’s customers across all branches in Nakhon Ratchasima.

The donation, comprising consumer goods and daily necessities, was presented to frontline soldiers as a token of appreciation for their dedication to protecting Thailand’s sovereignty. The symbolic handover took place at the 2nd Army Area on August 1, with Major General Nat Sri-in, Deputy Commander of the 2nd Army Area, presiding over the ceremony.

As part of its national unity campaign, CP Axtra also displayed the Thai national flag on LED screens at over 2,600 Makro and Lotus’s branches nationwide. The visual tribute serves as a message of encouragement to both military personnel and Thai citizens affected by tensions along the border.

This initiative reaffirms CP Axtra’s commitment to being a conduit for goodwill and compassion, striving to uplift communities and support frontline workers across all sectors of society.
